On Wednesday evenings during the school year our Awana club meets at 7:00 p.m. in the gym for an exciting time (3 year olds to sixth grade). The children learn Bible verses, play games, and increase their knowledge of God in a carefully supervised environment. Kids are rewarded for their hard work each night and  also, at the end of  the year in an awards ceremony. It's fun... but with a purpose. But there's more. Each fall, there is a special AWANA  game night with games, prizes, and treats. In the spring, there is the annual Grand Prix, where children compete with wooden racing cars with prizes for design and speed based on age/gender grouping. There are also some overnight  "lock-in" activities during the year, too.
